Our villa is very high specification, from the furnishings, linens, even down to the dishes and cutlery!
The house has been professionally furnished by an INTERIOR DESIGNER to the highest specifications, reflecting
Elegance and quality. Our aim was for a 5*hotel like ambience of luxury, elegance but most importantly 'COMFORTABLE' Accommodation.
Entry is via the 'FORMAL' lounge and dining room, comfortable sofas, and formal dining perfect for that 'special'
Occasion. This room is also ideal for 'quiet' relaxation.
Then through to the family area - your first impression ' spacious'!!!
We have a comfortable seating area, with a huge 56" flat screen HDTV home cinema system, this is complimented with over 300 cable channels, including premium pay per view movie channels and premium sport channels.
We also have a dvd with a good selection of films, VCR and a stereo system for your entertainment.
The family area also has a dining table and breakfast bar, seating 10.
The gourmet kitchen has top of the range appliances for even the most discerning chef! Including, Microwave, Oven, Stove, DIshwasher, Garbage disposal, separate grill, toaster, kettle, and fridge/freezer with icemaker.
There is plenty of dinnerware and utensils for a full house of 10 guests.
The 1st MASTER SUITE is on the ground floor.
This consists of a HUGE superking bed, ensuite with bath, walk in shower, double marble vanities. We have a 25"TV and VCR/dvd
There is also a huge walk in closet with a safe.
There is also a half bath (WC) on the ground floor.
On the first floor you are met with a huge open loft area. We designed this specifically to have a games room in the house and not a makeshift one in the garage as in most vacation homes.
We have spared no expense and have a top of the range professional pool table, air hockey, football, TV with DVD and PLAYSTATION2 WITH GAMES. We also have a very comfortable seating area. THis is the most popular room in the house with guests, and is a great advantage over other homes.
We then have a second King Master with shower ensuite, a Queen master suite with bath/shower, and a further 2 twin rooms one which is 'BEACH' themed and the other 'JUNGLE' themed - these share a bathroom.
There is also a laundry on the first floor.
You can see the quality of the furnishings in photos, please also note that we have used only top quality mattresseses and bedding on all beds, which really do make a difference!.
Access to the Pool is via the family room. The doors are alarmed with child safety locks, we also have a pool fence for childrens safety.
The pool is 30ft x 15ft, with separate spa, both can be heated, we have extended the deck to allow for sufficient luxury padded pool furniture. We have a marble table with comfortable chairs and patio umbrellas.
We back onto a retention area, which means we have no one directly behind, and though we do have neighbours neither have pools and as we are on an extra large lot this ensures total privacy.
We also supply a gas bbq for guests use.
The pool area is landscaped with special lighting effects, which along with the coloured underwater lighting makes the pool area a beautiful peaceful place to sit at night!
We have brand new baby equipment i.e..2 strollers, cot/playpen, high chair and stairgate for guest use.
